The agreement

By using iron-gap.com, using the client portal, taking a pilot or a licence for Vault-PRO, Vault-MAX or Vault-Enterprise, or installing Vault-OS, you agree to the terms below. They keep your data yours, send nothing off your machine, and protect the software that does it.

Hardware-bound licensing

Vault-OS is delivered as software or as a sealed hardware appliance. Licences use two separate key pairs:

Vendor signing. Only IronGap Technologies holds the ECDSA private key that issues and signs a valid licence.
Hardware binding. Each licence is bound to identifiers of the licensed machine: TPM 2.0 endorsement credentials, system UUID and network MAC.
Offline verification. Vault-OS verifies its licence locally with keys bundled in the install. It needs no internet access and never contacts a validation server.

Ownership and your data

Your data is yours, entirely.

IronGap Technologies claims no ownership of, or interest in, any document, table, embedding, transcript, prompt, fine-tuned weight or workflow created, imported or generated in your Vault-OS installation.

The Vault-OS control plane, orchestration and workflow engine and its interfaces are the intellectual property of IronGap Technologies, protected by copyright and as trade secrets.

Pilot and refunds

Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot on your own documents. Before it starts we agree, in writing, the success criteria it has to meet.

The fee

The pilot fee is the first month of the tier piloted. For Vault-Enterprise it is the first month of the quoted deployment.

Criteria not met

If the pilot does not meet the agreed criteria, the fee is refunded in full.

You continue

If you continue, the fee is credited against your first licence period.

Fees are invoiced and paid by bank transfer, in USD, EUR or TRY. See the pilot page for how it runs.

Permitted use

Under your licence you may:

Run Vault-OS within your licensed users, concurrency and machine.
Use any open-weights model compatible with the bundled engines (VEYMEER, Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
Operate it fully air-gapped, disconnected from the internet, in secure facilities.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the compiled control plane, and not to attempt to forge a licence signature.

Enterprise service levels

Vault-Enterprise is covered by a service level agreement under a master service agreement, at one of these levels:

24-hour response

Response within one business day, with regular signed security updates.

4-hour response

Incident response within 4 hours from the engineering team.

1-hour response

Response within 1 hour, a named engineer, and on-site support by contract.

Warranty and liability

IronGap Technologies is not liable for damage caused by failures of your hardware, an unsuitable physical environment, or unauthorised changes to the host operating system.

In all cases, IronGap Technologies’ total liability arising from this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the incident.

Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from it will first be addressed in good faith between the parties and, failing that, resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in Istanbul.
