Terms of Service & Licensing Framework

IronGap Technologies — Legal Governance for Vault-OS Deployments

Effective Date: August 14, 2026Framework Revision: v1.0.9.1 CommercialApplies to: All Vault-OS Tiers
The Sovereign Software Contract

By accessing the website (iron-gap.com), provisioning client portal access, purchasing a subscription (Vault-PRO, Vault-MAX, or Vault-Enterprise), or deploying the Vault-OS software image, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms guarantee full data sovereignty, zero telemetry, and strict cryptographic protection of your intellectual property.

SECTION 01

Hardware-Tethered Silicon Licensing (ECDSA v2)

Vault-OS is delivered as a sovereign software package or sealed hardware appliance. Licenses are generated using an asymmetric cryptographic key split:

  • Vendor ECDSA Signing: Only IronGap Technologies holds the private key required to issue and sign valid cryptographic license certificates.
  • Silicon Binding (TPM 2.0 / CPU ID): Each license is cryptographically bound to customer-specified hardware identifiers (TPM 2.0 endorsement credentials, CPU serials, or hypervisor UUIDs).
  • Offline Verification: Deployed Vault-OS instances verify licenses locally using bundled public RSA/EC decryption keys. License verification requires zero internet access, zero cloud phone-home, and zero external validation servers.
SECTION 02

Intellectual Property & Customer Data Sovereignty

Customer Data Remains 100% Customer Property:

IronGap Technologies claims zero ownership, title, or interest in any documents, tabular data, vector embeddings, chat transcripts, prompts, fine-tuned weights (LoRA/QLoRA), or workflow definitions created, imported, or generated inside your Vault-OS deployment.

The underlying Vault-OS control plane, orchestration engine, DAG workflow runtime, and proprietary user interfaces are the intellectual property of IronGap Technologies, protected by international copyright laws and trade secret protections.

SECTION 03

30-Day Risk-Free Evaluation Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind our air-gapped performance. All self-service subscriptions (Vault-PRO and Vault-MAX) include a 30-Day Risk-Free Evaluation Guarantee:

100% Full Refund Terms

If within thirty (30) days of your initial license activation you determine that Vault-OS does not meet your security, compliance, or throughput benchmarks, submit a de-provisioning confirmation via your client portal. We will immediately cancel your subscription and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

SECTION 04

Permitted Use & Operational Boundaries

Under your license grant, you are entitled to:

  • Deploy Vault-OS within your licensed concurrency, seat count, and silicon boundaries.
  • Import any open-weights model compatible with the local inference engines (Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
  • Operate the system in completely air-gapped, internet-disconnected, SCIF, or high-security facilities.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the proprietary compiled binary packages of the control plane, or attempt to forge cryptographic license signatures.

SECTION 05

Enterprise SLA Commitments & Hardware Support

Enterprise tiers (Vault-Enterprise) are governed by tailored Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed under a custom Master Service Agreement (MSA):

Standard SLA
24-hour response on priority issues; software patches and model updates.
Priority 4h SLA
4-hour response window for critical cluster disruptions and security reviews.
Air-Gap 1h On-Site
1-hour physical dispatch by cleared security engineers for on-premises recovery.
SECTION 06

Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Vault-OS is provided as hardened security software. While engineered for maximum availability and verified against adversarial threat vectors, IronGap Technologies shall not be liable for damages resulting from customer hardware failures, improper physical environment parameters, or unauthorized modifications to host operating system kernel configurations.

In all events, the total cumulative liability of IronGap Technologies arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

SECTION 07

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial enterprise software contracts. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential, binding commercial arbitration conducted by certified arbitrators with national security and enterprise software clearance credentials.
