A licence is a file bound to one machine's TPM and checked offline; Vault-OS never contacts us to validate it. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, in USD, EUR or TRY.

About paying for it.

Are AI models included?
The installer includes Vault-OS, its database, the inference engines and Vault-OS Client. It does not include AI models, so you stay in control of which ones run. You choose the models; if you would rather we choose, we deliver a vetted pack sized to your hardware at no charge.
Is hardware included?
No, except with the Enterprise appliance. PRO and MAX run on a machine you own. During the pilot call we size one for you and can source it if you prefer.
What does the pilot cost?
The first month of the tier: $499 for PRO, $1,499 for MAX, $4,999 for an Enterprise POC. Refunded if the agreed criteria are not met; credited if you continue.
Can we change tier later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect the same day with a new licence file, and the unused part of the current period is credited.
Are there usage or token fees?
None. The machine is yours and Vault-OS never reports usage to anyone, so there is nothing to bill per query.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is quoted for your deployment, with no hidden fees. PRO and MAX are 15% less when billed annually.
